Hakken Koken Supporter

Hakken and Koken, the official mascots of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, has launched their official Instagram account (@tuat_hakkenkoken).
We are looking for Hakken Koken Supporters who will introduce the attractions of TUAT together with Hakken and Koken, who love to explore the campus!
Students and groups/organizations (clubs, laboratories, departments, majors, affiliated institutions, administrative organizations, etc.) who are willing to cooperate will be given mascot keychains of Hakken and Koken for use in photography.

[How to submit an article]

[For those who want to know about Hakken Kouken]

1. What is the Hakken Koken Supporter?

These are students, groups, and organizations (clubs, laboratories, departments, majors, affiliated institutions, administrative organizations, etc.) who volunteer to participate in public relations activities on our official Instagram account, together with our official mascots, Hakken and Koken, to promote our university's education, research activities, student activities, and other attractions both inside and outside the university.

2. Activity content

We will ask for your cooperation in taking photos and videos together with Hakken and Koken to be posted on our university's official Instagram account and  creating the posts. Please keep the following points in mind when creating your posts.
Please note that the articles you create will be posted only after General Affairs Office, Public Relations Office has checked the following points to ensure they are correct.

  • Utilize Hakken and Koken to the extent possible, such as by including mascot keychains of Hakken and Koken in photos and videos and using statements and conversations of Hakken and Koken in the captions.
  • The content must be related to the university's education, research activities, student activities, and other attractions.
  • Use hashtags flexibly according to the content.
  • Do not use for personal gain or commercial purposes.
  • Do not infringe on the portrait rights of third parties or identify, disclose, or leak personal information.
  • Do not infringe on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the University or any third party.
  • The content must not contain any libel or slander against any specific individuals or groups, discriminatory content, or obscene content.
  • Do not include any false or untrue information.
  • Faculty and staff members should only engage in activities that do not interfere with their main duties.

3. Eligibility requirements

Students and groups/organizations of this university (clubs, laboratories, departments, majors, affiliated institutions, administrative organizations, etc.)

4. How to apply

Please apply using Attachment Form 1, "Application Form," and submit it to Public Relations Office General Affairs Office.

5. Selection method

The Public Relations and Social Contribution Committee will select and register Hakken Koken Supporters based on the contents of the application form.

6. Registration

Students, groups, and organizations that register as Hakken Koken Supporters will be issued a "Registration Certificate" and loaned a Hakken Koken mascot keychains.
Furthermore, if any inappropriate behavior is found when creating an article, we will cancel the registration and ask for the mascot keychains to be returned.

7. Registration Period

For students, the period is until graduation/completion of their studies, and for groups/organizations, the period is until the group/organization is dissolved.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact Public Relations Office General Affairs Office.

8. Remuneration

No compensation will be paid to Hakken Koken Supporters.
